CrossFit Lite Intro
There are 6 mandatory 1-1 Sessions for CrossFit Lite athletes wanting to join CrossFit Lite. These sessions are designed to introduce an individual to some of the movements in our program. It is designed to give you some awareness of the movements, equipment, space, and coaches. We find people are more comfortable in classes when they have a basic understanding of these important elements. We begin with a functional movement screen and base the sessions off competency and assessment. We focus on the fundamental movements and skills like squatting, hinge pattern development, gymnastics, and core bracing, and we progress with complexity as suited to the individual. Our coaches are excited to start with you and it’s a welcoming environment. We can also work these 1-1’s around your schedule, so sign up today!
CrossFit Lite Classes
We program CrossFit Lite to obtain specific goals in strength, skills, gymnastics and cardiovascular endurance. We will be focusing on improving general health and fitness of our athletes through high intensity, short duration workouts.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
- Monday – Friday 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Six 1 on 1 introductory sessions
- Unlimited CrossFit Lite Attendance
3 Times Per Week
