About CrossFit At CrossFit Vernon

CrossFit at CrossFit Vernon is not just about exercise. It is also about community! CrossFit is a program that is all inclusive and adaptable to anyone despite their fitness levels. CrossFit very generally combines lifting weight, running and gymnastics. We work to improve ten general physical skills. Those skills are cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. The variations of workouts are endless and with our very knowledgeable coaching staff you’ll have fun in the process.
