Before you register for a membership at CrossFit Vernon you must complete the On Ramp program.
On Ramp is designed to condition you to the movements and intensity associated with CrossFit. Our On Ramp program is 12 One on One sessions that you can you book to fit your schedule. Our On Ramp consists of a movement screen along with individualized programming to help prepare you as best we can for the CrossFit experience. We have expert coaching to assist you with movement and mobility as well as strength, gymnastics, olympic weight lifting, and conditioning.
