CrossFit Teens runs year round Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 3:30-4:30. This program is focused on General Physical Preparedness and includes strength training as well as body weight and conditioning workouts.
The goal of CrossFit Teens is to improve overall physical literacy and strength. Teens can expect to participate in gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, functional strength exercises and various modalities of cardiovascular conditioning.
